1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
- Any watch that has been worn, resized, damaged, or altered in any way is not eligible for a return.
- Returns are not applicable for items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance Sale”.
Return Process:

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
- Shipping: Please pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different model or color, please follow the return process first.
- Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange once the defect is confirmed.

- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items purchased during special sales events (unless defective)
5. Warranty Claims
